to inspire our clients in all things personal and professional growth, mental health and positive wellbeing.
LWL Collective's offers a range of services with its mission at the centre of each, being to inspire our clients in all things personal and professional growth, mental health and positive wellbeing. We are rooted in psychological theory and practices, using evidence-based research to inform the guidance and support we offer. Integral to our practice is confidentiality and non-judgement, creating spaces for individuals and businesses that are inclusive and diverse to enable the kind of growth we all deserve to experience. Whether it be professional or personal, one of our main emphases is to help individuals and businesses transform the way they view development, wellbeing and mental health and be part of those seeing the benefits of this conscious and intentional change.
People seek psychological therapy and counselling for many different reasons. They may have a clinical diagnosis or symptoms of a disorder such as Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and so on. Alternatively, they may want to work through a variety of issues that are affecting their life such as loss & grief, childhood trauma, relationship issues, drug and alcohol struggles, social anxiety, self-harm & suicidal ideation and so on. However, many simply engage in therapy to better understand themselves, their life and what they want for their future.
Often times as an executive or corporate professional, it can feel like there is rarely time to do everything that you would like to do or even need to do, even with the best intentions. Developing great working relationships and getting business results doesn’t only take a lot of time and effort, it also takes motivation and consistency.
At LWL Collective we offer Management Consulting EDI/Well being Supervision This counselling service will be added soon..
Here At LWL Collective we offer an employee assistance programme (EAP). This is specifically a counselling service offered to employees. The main premise of an EAP is the provision of short-term counselling and therapy and other support services. Businesses can commission EAP counselling both on a contractual basis, where LWL will work with the company routinely to support their employees, or this service can be offered on an ad-hoc basis, utilising these services as and when the company needs them. Our psychologists and therapists are able to support employees through various issues both professionally and personal issues that may be affecting their work, including depression, anxiety, work-related stress, substance abuse, and so on.
